Some adults long for the amazing foods of their childhood, but out of fear of being judged, choose not to indulge. Here is a nostalgic ode to the foods that made our childhood special and the many reasons why you should still enjoy them.

Hey, adults need variety in their packed lunches, too. With these you get crackers, meat, cheese, and something sweet. And the pizza ones are best!

Fruit Roll-Ups, Fruit by the Foot, etc.—they’re all pure genius and should be enjoyed, no matter your age.

Gummy bears, gummy worms, Sour Patch Kids—these don’t have to be just a memory. Dig in and enjoy.

There is nothing wrong with wanting to enjoy a quick, light meal that has variety—even if it is a kids’ meal.

Even though a lot of people consider these fish-shaped crackers a kids’ snack, it’s totally okay for grown-ups to eat these.
